What happened to Guide/HUD? Also,

1) The home page mentions a "Guide/HUD" module that will map fixed items like forges, but the module isn't on Curse or Wowinterface

2) Can the quest module list quests not yet picked up, i.e., replace Wholly/Grail or QuestCompletist? Those haven't yet been updated for Suramar or Legion.

Its built in Carbonite Main. But for Legion there might not be data, it isnt updated.

Quest Data was updated (available data scrapped from WoWHead) and is on GitHub repository (but latest version of Carbonite is buggy, wait till fix).
