LF Friend XP Addon

We're looking for an addon that displays the xp level of other friends who also have the addon enabled. We've tried http://www.curse.com/addons/wow/friend-xp-bar so far, but didn't like it because it requires Titan Panel and requires scrolling over it to see. We just want something simple that has an on screen display of party members' xp. I recall seeing one ages ago that added a ring of XP around peoples portraits and one that added a tag on your own xp bar showing what % your friend is at, but anything I've found so far seems to be outdated.

Can anyone help? D:

I made it when you wanted this, I wanted to practice a little coding in lua. :P 3 hours job. Spent most time coding the objects aligned, I wish there was a XML studio thingy to build GUI faster, blargh. :(
