Aurora old or new theme?
 

Hey there. :)

I've recently changed part of the theme on my Aurora addon (and embedded version and my UI) but a lot of people don't seem to like it, so I figured I'd make a little poll.

The old version had buttons, input fields etc which looked like the background (minus shadow) and a neon-like class coloured pulsating mouse over glow effect and it looked great, but it was pretty hard to see them if the environment was dark because it's all transparent.

The new version was inspired by OS X/iOS and has gray gradient buttons, which are much easier to see but perhaps not quite as much eye-candy.

I like it and would use it :)

I say you keep the solid gradient, but make them a bit darker, maybe .10 - .15 gradient.

I like the newer one.

I would use this if you fixed it for !Beautycase, and resized the icons, cause they are so big.

I vote for old theme but i want this theme :)
As i already said on the Aurora comments if you have gardient input filds but transparent background it looks like they are grayed out and you can not write into them. Also I miss the pulsating glow around the Buttons.

I dig the New style Haleth- much more readable

but as far as visuals, i would prefer to have the old class color glow effect with the new opaque buttons.
also I would change the double outline w/ shadow border to a solid black pixel one, but haven't modified code yet-

I agree, the old one looks better by far.

I actually prefer the new theme. My eyes arent what they used to be so the contrasting buttons are a big help for me=)

can i get a separate release of that? just the buttons xD

I find the old version much better and "eye-candy", its why i downloaded and start using this addon anyway. In my opinion solid button just doesnt fit into the transparent backgrounds.

I vote for old version.

I started using aurora because of new version. The old themed buttons seemed inactive and confusing.

I woud make 20 WoWInterface Accounts to vote for the old theme just with little bit lighter buttons
