please help TankBuddy talk again!!!

Is anyone able to takeover or update the TankBuddy mod, everything seems to work in the mod except the messages it sends to chat that patch 2.4 broke.

Chalenging Shout seems to work but not Taunt or Last Stand, Can anyone please help make them announce?
