opening the lootwindow
 

Since its not possible to autoloot items right away I wondered if i just could open the lootwindow and if so what would be the command? I looked around on wowwiki and found nothing helping me much. I hope im not stuck at shift-clicking...

I'm guessing you *are* stuck with shift-clicking. My guess is that the reasoning behind not having any commands that can do it for you is to somewhat thwart the farmbots.

But I can't say I'm a coder so maybe it is possible. I wouldn't hold my breath though. :/

Its currently not possible and I haven't seen any info that they intend to add any such functions in 1.8.
