Looking for Existing Mod: Debuff Power
 

I remember a mod that basically worked like a thermometer. At the top would be your maximum spellpower/attack power. If you applied a debuff with no procs, it would place your debuff at the bottom of the thermometer with its spellpower. If you then got a proc, and applied your debuff at the new spellpower, it would place it accordingly. This way you could make your debuffs as powerful as possible.

Anyone know the name of this mod? I saw it before, but like an idiot, I forgot to bookmark it and now cannot find it.
