Alternate power bar
 

Is there any way to move the alternate power bars? Specifically the hourglass from Murozond fight, in End Time. It sits right behind my action bars, and would like a way to either move it, or hide it, at least on one of my toons. My thanks, in advance, for any/all help~ :banana:
