Hide the Scroll Button in text box
 

Can any addon hide the scroll button beside the text box and replace them with some other keys, like PageUp/PageDn or the scroll on the mouse?

It's just a very small change but do make the screen looks better since I am playing under 800*600 resolution due to my poor display card.

I used to find one, but it doesn't work. So anyone here happens to come into that?

I have one that makes them scrollable without using a FrameXML hack, and will be releasing it soon. I will look into making the scrollbars hideable via an option.

and i kind of dare not adding any files to any other folders except AddOn itself. don't know whether it will be determined as a "hack" by BL. :confused:

This would be awsome! I downloaded the XML file to allow scrolling with mouse when over the chat window, so now if i can get rid of those scroll buttons, I will be so happy! :)

There is a mod floating around called "LSChat" which lets you turn off the scroll buttons via checkbox options, lets you scroll with the mousewheel and add timestamps to the chat window all WITHOUT FrameXML hacks.
