Build 15913 - GetGossipActiveQuests()

GetGossipActiveQuests() delivers a different order than what is displayed in the GossipFrame, aswell cannot be used to match indexes for SelectGossipActiveQuest().

This might also be the case with GetGossipAvailableQuests(), but I haven't tested that out.
