Possible bug: Can't ignore addons that are unavailable or up to date

I'm unable to get minion to addons that are listed as unavailable or up-to-date to my ignore list. I get no right-click menu at all for those addons.

Windows XP (SP 3)
Brand-new install of Minion
JVM 1.6
