Have you updated your copy of CustomChat?

This is very definitely not a MFWM error as all it is doing is calling AddMessage() on the default chat frame. This makes me think that your copy of CustomChat is out of date or broken since since the WoW 3.3.5 patch went live.

It does appear the author updated CustomChat on 7/1
