It's a known bug that from this post looks to be too involved to be resolvable in version 5.

Turn off the autosort and use grid instead; that's what most of us others do ;)

Now now peeps .. no fighting .. We have healbot, grid, vuhdo to play with and they are all integrated one way or another in nUI if we wish to use said integration :D
