Can't figure it out.
 

I tried a bunch of things, but I cannot figure out how to lock my action bar? It is also locked in interface options but that did not change anything. Anyone know how to lock it?

by locking you mean so you cant take things on and off the bar right? As far as I know the blizz option should do that but I don't use it personally.

Yeah that's what I mean, but when I go to lock it..I can still drag stuff off, and when im in the mood for clicking I end up throwing my skills all over lol.

Edit:Nvm, once I relogged it all worked.
