Updating lyn_ouf

Hey folks. I've been able to fix most of the issues after updating to 7.x. However I'm to the point where neither the health bar nor the power bar adjust accordingly. Both are stuck at full.

I've attached three files as I'm not sure which holds the secret. I'm guessing it has to do with the element changes in 7, I'm just not sure which.

Any help would be appreciated!
