With me not being that savvy in these kinds of things, of course I know nothing about what this means. What I do know is that when I switch from windowed to full screen, my HUD gets all messed up. Also, sometimes when I have just started WoW, my HUD and chat box is completely blank and nothing shows up and then I get that bug report. Could anyone tell me what this is? If you need screenshots, tell me and I'll attach them.

Edit: Also, I have also not been able to see my 10 man/single/party button thing near my chat bar nor have I been able to see my party. I also haven't seen my buffs.

That right there is the largest issue. You really need to update to the latest version which is 5.06.17

For your graphic issue, I'm fairly certain it was a video driver bug of some sort that made most UI elements have a white outline and the normal HUD bars disappear and only show shaded rectangles. This only happens when you go into and out of Windowed mode. The only fix is to reload your UI. Easiest way to do that is using the command "/nui rl" minus the quotes of course.

Maximizing/Minimizing WOW Window - Graphics Issue

There's nothing much you can do with that problem. Its a redraw graphics issue that blizzard somehow overlooked. When you change the resolution or tick the use UIScale box it does a full reloadUI but if you only change from window mode and back or change the uiScale amount it only does a reloadGraphics and thus white lines. Just do the reloadUI it should have done and all will be fine.

Well - it looks like I was wrong when I reported that typing /console set gxApi GLL in chat did not work. After having logged out and back in, the issue seems to be gone. WOOT!!!! I am so happy - as this addon has allowed me to remove at least 6 others, and create a very clean playing field. Thank you so much for all of your efforts!!!!

Since we are new users (My husband and I), we did have a few other unrelated things we were wondering. He would prefer a skin that is transparent - and even the one skin I found called "transparent" really isn't. Perhaps there are others I have not stumbled across? Or one in the works? And lastly (for now - lol), I see I can do mouseover with my action bars - but is there a way to set the mouseover feature on just some action bars rather than all or nothing?

Depends on what parts you want to be transparent.

There's add on to nUI that hides the top console artwork, and some skins hide it as well, only leaving the buttons and the latency/fps counters visible.

If you want to make the dashboard itself transparent then only the upper part could be made transparent, as the larger part is just empty space below the art.

As for the mouseover, I presume you're talking about the tooltips showing up when you mouse over an action button? If that's the case, then no... I"m afraid it's all or nothing.
