Need help: Fixing Z-Perl support in DiminishingReturns
 

I need help on fixing the bug in DiminishingReturns addon and it's ZPerl support. Looks like that DR is already not supported so I decided to try to fix it myself.
For some reason DR icons are beeing attached only to XPerl_Target and XPerl_Focus frames (others are missing: arena frames/party frames/raid frames/Player frame).
I've included AdiDebug to see the logs (attached to the post) and it looks like that for some reason DR isn't firing a callbacks for other frames, however callbacks are being registered.

How to reproduce the issue:
1. Install Z-Perl/DiminishingReturns.
2. Run /drtest to see that DR icons are attached only to XPerl_Target and XPerl_Focus frame.
