nUI+ Bug: Range doesn't update constantly

With the latest patch today, it seems the "range" on the screen isn't being updated in real-time as it was before. If I click off and on the target, it will put the new range, but that range is constant even if I'm a long way off.

I am aware of this issue and will get a fix out as soon as I can. There appear to be three areas where the new event engine is causing this failure to update... the range calculation, the unit status (OOR, etc) and the ReadyCheck. I am working on a solution.

This has been fixed and will be in the 5.03.05 update
