Finding the starting point for instance quests

After all this time playing WoW I still haven't found a simple procedure for finding ALL the quests for a particular instance. What is the best procedure for finding all the quests for each dungeon?

Thanks P3lim!! Wish there was some addon I could use in game that I could just pick an instance and it would tell me where to go to get the quests for that instance. Appreciate your time!!:banana:

For in game I'd recommend Atlas and then also pair it with this:
