Anyone know how to remove the thing within the red circle on the picture

Those are game tooltips, and you cannot really remove those. You can, however, manage where they are placed on your screen via nUI commands.

The command '/nui movers' will allow you to move the tooltip anchor.

The command '/nui tooltips {mouse|owner|fixed|default}' allows you to change how they are displayed.

It is not possible to remove tooltips entirely as already noted and, as already notes, you can read the descriptions of the slash commands at the link Silenia gave you for their full details.

My only curiosity about this is that I use MobInfo, as I like the tooltips better and the information that is on there. In the past (pre 3.2 I think) I would not have the tooltip that is presently at the side of the screen like that. I would only have my MobInfo tooltip at the cursor for whatever I am hovering over. (my /nui tootip is set to owner). But ever since 3.2 (I think) suddenly I now have that other tooltip also. Might have happened in one of the 3.1.x patches but either way, it was not there before because it was being handled by MobInfo, but now it's in both places.

Any ideas why?

mobinfo has an option to disable the "other" game tooltip awhile back they switched it so it would display both by default, so just change your option you'll be good to go :D
