NUI 6 Bug
 

White boxes round the HUD Area.
Only happens when in Windowed Mode.

Does it only happen when you first log in ?
When you first change to windowed mode ?
What happens when you do a /nui reloadui ?

I always run in windowed mode and barring the latest version of nUI6 that I haven't downloaded yet I haven't had this problem happen. But I have seen it happen when certain things are done that doesn't cause an automatic reload such as changing the scale or resizing the window.

I've been getting something similar on one of my toons. I only get it on my druid, in cat form and it's just to the right of my energy bar. Mine appears about half the width of yours though, and I do believe is there in windowed or full screen. As soon as I change out of cat form it goes away. IIRC I didn't have it on the early alphas and it just appeared within the last few releases.

Yours is a different problem... in your case, what you are seeing was a broken druid mana bar... when you are in bear or cat form, it's trying to show you the mana regen that's still going on but the display of the bar is broken. It should be fixed in the 6.04.03.09 that I released last night.
