show empty buttons and their key mapping
 

hopefully someone can help. I use and external keypad (a g13) and I assign the keys to action pages 6 and 5. What I would like to do is show the button outline even if an action is not assigned and to also show the keymapping on these buttons. Is there anyway to do this?

There's no way to do that in the current version because there's no action on the button and thus no keymap layer to have the key binding text in. The same with the grid.

The only way around this would be to edit [ Interface > AddOns > nUI > Bars > nUI_Button.lua ] and remove the code that shows and hides those features and set the features always visible.
