Status Bars
 

Ok ive narrowed this problem down to carbonite, when I disable it the bars go away and when enabled they come back but only on some characters.

Where is the option to disable these bars from showing up on screen.

Just above the npc's head.

I don't use Carbonite, but this question comes up a lot. They're called the Info Windows, and here's a sticky about them: http://www.wowinterface.com/forums/s...ad.php?t=21650 I believe there is a setting to disable them, you should be able to find it now that you know what they are called. :)


Also, as an aside, it looks as if your linked image was taken with a camera. For future reference, the Print Screen button (sometimes labeled PrtScn) on your keyboard will take a screenshot which is then saved in your World of Warcraft\Screenshots folder.
