Need help with importing an image

Hellow,

I wanted to give my girlfriend(that plays wow) a gift

I was wondering if its possible to add a picture of her as background for the chatbox or combatlog
Or even at the position off the minimap

Il someone could help me with that,i would be real thankfull

Sure if you use Gimp to edit and save it as a TGA file you can create an image to be used in the game. I believe the size of the image needs to be a square and a multiple of 16 (possible 8)

owkey downloaded gimp(great program) butt i dont get a clue to get started
i m not a real hero wit editing and stuff
so i had an idea
if i upload the image and someone can give me a list in detail how to dit it(like installing a addon) ill be glad to pay for it!

i v seen a lot of nic ui where the background of the chatbox is black
