Blizzard action bars over NUI
 

I'm sure this is probably an easy fix and I just can't find it =/
My blizzard action bars are staying on top of nui and won't go away. I can click buttons on both and they'll work. It only happens on one character though, every other character it shows up fine.

Sounds like the Blizzard action bars got turned back on on that one character somehow. You should be able to go into the Blizzard Interface options and turn them back of again.

Can you compare addons between the toon that has the problem and those that do not and see if there's one that's enabled on the problem toon and not the others?

Also, if you could, post a screen shot so I can see what you're seeing on that toon... you can use the paperclip icon in the message editor to upload the screen shot with your reply. (or scroll down the message editor page to the "Manage Attachments" button)

Ahhhh this was it. Somehow bartender got turned on and that was causing the problem.
