Do you have a /castrandom macro? Or perhaps a macro to announce things in chat such as your profession or raid announcements? Need a better tooltip for these macros other than just the name given to the macro? With Custom Tooltips, you can define custom tooltip text either in the addon's Lua file or the macro itself (if you have the space for it). Now you can be as detailed as you want in order to never forget what a macro does - while still being able to keep a shortened macro name.
