Alt Warlock shard monitor

i play a warlock now i know that shards are going to be phased out of the game and be more like the an extra bar under your portrait now is there any alt addon that i can use to give that kind of effect something that will not be so messy all over my screen

Let me know how it works out for you, and what else it should be doing. I don't play a Warlock on the Beta so it's a little bit of a drycode job (sent it to someone to make sure it's not breaking) and I have no idea what else would be useful. A cooldown on the Soulshard activation ability (Soulbourn, something like that?) maybe?
