I just got this error when trying to assign a focus target

if this is already known then disregard this thread.

Looks like you tried to set a focus by right clicking the portrait and using the menu. If that's the case, then yes it is known and it affects almost all UI addons from what Ive read. You have to manually set and clear focus by using slash commands.

As Vis points out... this is a known Bliz bug that affects all unit frame mods. There's a FAQ, with a workaround, for the problem here:
