Git submodules

I noticed while trying to push a version of my oUF layout with oUF embedded that it doesn't support submodules (atleast not through .gitmodules or .pkgmeta (yes, I know that it's a curse specific file)).

Atleast I didn't find anything about it in the documentation, so maybe someone with more knowledge of it could shed some light on the issue.

There is no support for git submodules. It is possible that we could add support, but there are not currently any plans for it.
