Some MoBs show HUGE when selected?
 

Not sure the proper terminology, but I'm lvl'ing a new toon in Westfall, and when I click most targets everything is fine. They show up normally in the display at the bottom.

When I clicked a Kobold Digger near the Jangoload Mine, they are blown up HUGE on the screen and take over the HUD. (Pic Included)

I've disabled Carbonite and still the problem persists. nUI is the only other Addon I use.

Any thoughts?
