Druid and CC breaking

When us Druids use Force of Nature does it attk CCed mobs?
Also does Hurricane effect CCed mobs too?

Since you have no control over the Treants, it is possible they will attack a CC'd mob, but unlikely as they are usually set to Passive mode.

Hurricane will definitely break a CC'd mob since it's an AOE attack.

The Treants (along with Priest's Shadowfiend) were fixed so they do not attacked CCed targets. This was around Patch 2.1.

Gemini, the Treants cannot be controlled. There is no Passive/Defensive/Aggressive as there is no Pet Bar. Rather the Treants will simply attack whatever target you are targeting. Again this is in line with the Priest's Shadowfiend and Shaman Elementals

Thought so but wasn't sure, I played a Boomkin for about 5 minutes, lol.

I quoted the Passive mode from wowwiki. My Priests Shadowfiend has a Pet Bar though.
