Back when I played EQ there was a mod called "Delta" on EQInterface. It was so awesome. Hoping maybe someone can dig it up and convert it on over into WoW!

It was just a very nicely done UI. Both for form and function. Here is a pic of one of the versions. There were a few versions, I had my own that was slightly modified from the regular one. But it was probably closest to this version.
