Improved Specular Lighting
 

This is something I always loved from :eek: Xperl :eek: and miss it for farming.. Could this be thrown in as either an plug-in or a check box? Just a random thought I had while farming.. :rolleyes:

What does this feature do?

(obviously, I don't use Xperl if I have to ask that question ~lol~)

Basically adds extra "sparkle" to the herbs, Veins, Quest Items, etc.. So you can see them better.. Sorry i keep thinking people have used it for some odd reason, everyone I've got UI ideas from said they used it one time or another I apologize :( ..

Oh... that's not xPerl that does that... it's built into the game.

Mods cannot interact with the 3D world... so any sparkle like that is in Bliz's code. If you're not seeing it now, I honestly have no idea why.

They have a check box for it & it works.. Disableing it puts it back to a "default" form.. I see it but this just adds the extra "light" to it.. let me see if i can find out the correct terminology...

Ok, it's called "Sparkles" & "Extra Sparkles" and it does exactly that. When something glows the sparkles coming off are VERY noticeable..

AH... okay... they're tweaking a cVar then.

:confused: Ok some type of Variable I take it.. I'm use to VB/VBA/SQL & Oracle this is way above my head.. lol I love my sig, it fits my way of thinking at this point..lol
