Plants Vs Ghouls Alpha
 
I have started to work on this project a while ago, but i kinda lacked some api which made it to impossible to do in the way i wanted (Advanced model handlings), now i brought it back and it's in alpha stage:

It's basically gonna be a tower defense game, just like Blizzard's Peacebloom vs Ghouls one.

I only worked on it like 1-2 days so you can't really do much in it, just create and destroy plants, bu you'll get the idea of the game. Most of the textures and sounds and models just a placeholders, might change them in the future.

"/pvg" - toggles the addon's visibility.

Nice one. :) Looks almost true to the original.
A 'slower' animation for the ghouls would be great. (like walking instead of running?)

Sadly the walking animation is glitchy so i had to use the running one, currently the moving animations using OnUpdate script which runs slower on lower fps (like while frapsing), so the ghouls run slower in the video then ingame with higher fps.
But changing this to animations groups later should solve this issues too.

I only worked for 5-6 days on it, but it's already looking good.
It still need more time to build the sun and the level change system, and to create more plants and ghouls/enemies, but i think the first release with 4-5 levels can be released in the next 2-3month. At the end of each tier you can fight bosses like the Lich King or C'thun, etc use your imagination...
I would like to create a level system which allow users to create more levels for the game by themself only by filling a table.

Th future plans:

Money system, with upgrades/new plants.
Quest with rewards. (Resets each day.)
Talens to upgrade plants. (Won by defeating bosses.)
More game types.
Difficulty levels. (Eays, Normal , Hard, Hardcore)
Duel with your friend. (One player plays with the plants the other with the bad guys.)

I'm just wondering if you're not afraid of getting complaints from Pop Cap using all their assets?

I mailed them and hopefully gonna get the permission to use their textures.

Personally I would use the raid difficulties: Tourist, Normal, Heroic, Mythic

Update: I had no time to work more on this project yet, my other mods were crying for updates and i've been really busy. But hopefully when summer hits and freetime is unspendable i'll get back on business.
