Party pets do not have to be so big. Right now, imo, they are huge (for party pets) and go out way too far towards the middle of your screen. Also, the font on the clock (Yellowjacket?) looks out of place with the rest of the UI.

Galinn 12-10-07 11:21 AM

its indeed Yellowjacket.. but ABF..is really.. ya know ABF :p thinking of changing it 2 another font wich makes it look better..

never looked at it that way with the party pets ill make them a lil bit smaller they are indeed 2 big!

I think you can save a lot of icons by using clickcasting (clique for example) and a totem mod like numen or yata.
For healing the raidframes are too far out of mouse range.
i prefer x-perl with the custom raid stile. so you have mach shorter mouse movement to cast heal spells.

but in all a nice looking ui.

Hey Argo thx for the response

first of all x-perl would seem like a more potent unit frame but it doesnt integrate well in the style of my UI so i prefer Pitbull, and pitbull aswell as x-perl does its work well!

for the totem thingies.. i want this UI 2 be as standard as can be i do use Yata its just isnt displayed in my pictures i leave the adding of class addons 2 the one that wants 2 play with my UI!

And i will look into the Clique addon i heard lots of good stuff about it! thank you :)

Pitbull's de/buff's are weird. They alway's have been. Everything is fine besides that and the clock font like Seerah said.

you mean the target buffs debuffs?

its really the most best places i can put em...

Raptorz 12-10-07 02:23 PM

Why wouldn't you put them under target frame? There are plenty of room, atleast on my opinion. :)

And forgot to say that it looks quite good. Only problems I found is pet frames, clock, debuffs and that player pet's target looks quite big too. Otherwise its good for my eyes. :P

Oh yeah - and that one. It's even wider than your pet frame. ;) Actually, if you made your pet frame smaller, you could fit it below your player frame.

I agree with what the other community users are saying about your UI Galinn. There are so many nice elements to it - it's neat and seems like it has everything one could want, however, the pet frames are way too large. I would be tempted to make a little more space in between my party frames and just tuck them to their respective bottom right. Same thing with the target debuffs (the red squares) - if possible I'd move them underneath the target frame itself. Again, I must agree with the rest about the font, but you've already said that you'll probably change it :)

Otherwise - nice, very nice! Looking forward to seeing a download for it soon! :D

Just out of curiosity - what resolutions will you be supporting? It seems like 1680x1050 from the screenshots.

Bettah?

Seerah 12-11-07 10:53 AM

switch back Durability and the Clock - their locations weren't an issue (now it looks cluttered around where the clock is). :p And put FuXPFu back where it was - now it makes the FuBar at the top stick out more (or you can put the FuBar on autohide). The spacing on the party pet frames is off - make it the same as party spacing. And you didn't do anything with the pet frame, and that pet target is more out in the middle of nowhere. ;)

This UI looks great. When will we beable to download it?

Galinn 12-13-07 07:22 AM

When its done..

Magrov 12-13-07 09:14 AM

Is it the damage/healamount you see on the actionbuttons? If it is, is it the Unitframe or an addon that does that? Which one? =)

//Magrov

Galinn 12-13-07 09:31 AM

that would be drdamage

:edit: wich is an addon

Galinn 12-13-07 09:56 AM

did ALOT of stuff

enjoy

and leave comments..

Seerah 12-13-07 10:22 AM

much better, Galinn. :) If it were me, I'd make the party frames a little less wide, too, but you can get away with it with your widescreen. ;)

Cralor 12-13-07 10:25 AM

Very nice. When it's done, I'll download it and see if I can make a 1024x768 WTF for it.

One last thing; what about Party Targets? Maybe right beside / under the Party Member health bars? (To the right of the Party Pets.)

Thought I'd just throw that out there. Very nice! ;)

Elegantprose 12-13-07 10:30 AM

I notice you said you got rid of Ora2, where are you MT Windows? and how/what do you use to replace the rest of the functions of Ora2 :)

I'm Raid Lead for our Guild and I love stuff like Cooldown Monitor and the rest of the functions. (Durability of raid etc).

Other then that love what you've done, have you tried this with a warrior at all? Just curious where the Stance bars would be..guessing just above your FuXpFu based on the 1thru = keybinds.

And yes, Pitbull FTW! :)
