NUI action bar spell duration
 

As you know, dots/poisons etc have a blue timer on the button for its remaining duration. However, on 1 of my characters, the duration doesnt know up. I have checked the NUI > Action bars > Duration and it was checked like my other characters. Cooldown and everything else works except for duration on this 1 character. Any solution to this? ty

Is there any change the aura (debuff) on the target does not have the same name as the action?

For the record... it's much easier if you upload screen shots as attachments to the message (just click the "paperclip" icon in the message editor... small screen shots like that are hard to see and I don't always have access to graphic hosting sites from work.

In any event, the odd things is that you do have a cooldown counter showing for the black arrow... it's purple showing it is both active and on cooldown.

I'm curious. What is the rank of the spell on the action bar versus the rank of the debuff? Any chance the action bars are a different spell rank (can't see how or why that would be)

yeah the cooldown counter works, but not the duration. and i just checked, the spell is rank 6 on the action bar. like the serpent sting has like 11 seconds as seen in the aura panel, but the blue text doesnt show on the bar

Just for giggles... try exiting WoW and then going to the [ World of Warcraft > WTF > Account > {your account} > {realm} > {character name} > SavedVariables ] folder and delete the nUI.lua file in that folder, then log back in to WoW on the character and without doing anything else, see if the durations work now.

No it doesnt work. But that has me thinking, would copying the saved variables from my other character to this hunter have any effect? my priest's shadow work pain and whatnot show up correctly
