fps = 1 game lag black screen
 

i get fps 1 game lag and black screen (but can still c ui ) when ever dead or invisible when nui is actvie using latest vershion /nui rl dosent fix this ether

Freezing when you're dead is not a "known issue" in nUI. Not sure what would be at the root of that, but I would start with that post and go from there.
