mini map icon's

I Am having an issue with all of my icons flashing the the gathering icons. This started after the 5.07.18 plus update and has continued through 5.07.19 plus, I didn't see that anyone else had posted this problem. please help it is very annoying.:(

are you using carbonite? if so thats the problem, nUI dosnt do anything with the minimap icons.
