nUI is over a year old now and we've grown into something of a family over time. We've begun to grow beyond just support questions and answers into something more than that, a social community of friends with similar interests. I'd like to invite you to join us both online in nUI's forums and in our guilds. Come hang out with friends and be part of the nUI user community.

The Knights of nUI guilds are comprised of two guilds on the Nesingwary realm (US). On the Alliance side, "The Knights Who Say nUI" and on the Horde side, "The Knights That Say nUI"

These guilds are relaxed, social, casual raiding guilds created by and for nUI users. We're all about having a good time, enjoying each others' company, sharing our mutual interests in nUI, questing, leveling and having a good time raiding.

All nUI users are invited and welcome to join either, or both, of the Knights of nUI guilds... Horde and/or Alliance as you see fit. Just look for one of the guild officers online in either guild and whisper them for a guild invite... let them know you're an nUI user. Or, you can join the nUI chat channel on either the Horde or Alliance side using '/join nUI' and just give a shout out to see if any guild officers are online.

The current officers are as follows...

Horde -- "The Knights That Say nUI"

• guild master: Bahdahz, Rexu, Punkt, Whadulz, Tuperty

• senior officers: Adanaen, Zarael, Asheron, Voodoodaddy, Silenia

• junior officers: Hotietard, Azreil, Soilentgreen, Curumtiny

Alliance -- "The Knights Who Say nUI"

• guild master: Nordebugger, Erranthor, Rezn, Arranon, Ranghen

• senior officers: Breunor, Fraibhorn, Voodoodaddeh, Voodoodaddah, Vallan

• junior officers: Daystlkr, Gidgee, Hotie

At present, there are no barriers to membership in the guilds other than we prefer the guilds be made up of nUI users, but even that is negotiable. It's about having a good time.

Once you have joined one of the Knights of nUI guilds, head over to WoW Interface and join the Knights of nUI guild forum following these three simple steps (you do have to be logged in to do this):

• Go to http://www.wowinterface.com/forums/profile.php?do=editusergroups

• Click the "Join Group" radio button to the right of the "Knights of nUI" member group and then submit the request.

• On the next page, where it asks for the reason for joining the group, type in your faction ("Horde" or "Alliance") and the name of your character that is in the guild.

One of the guild officers will approve your request as soon as possible after which you'll be able to post in the Knights of nUI guild forums... note that until an officer approves your request, you still will not be able to access the forum messages.

NOTE: You are welcome to transfer characters to the realm if you so desire... but it is not necessary to have a high level character off the bat. We are all (so far) raising new characters in the guild and we're all happy to quest together and/or instance together.

The answer to your question is right in Scott's post.

Scott as well as most of the rest of us play on both sides of the aisle.

(But he plays horde more.... Maybe that's why the horde side has 50 or so members and the alliance side has 39 lol)

*Looks at list of Nesingwary toons .... erm .. * ok I seem to be playing my horde more .. she's got an extra level compared to the alliance gals.

I have been playing my horde Bahdahz almost exclusively... mostly because he can earn gold which is needed for the guild bank. Once I get him to 80 and get the guild bank set up, I'll be spreading my time around both sides more evenly.

I should xfer over my bank toon...can fund the guild with no problems...make about 5k/day ;)

Im just curious. I have been trying to be on thru out the weeks at random times and have not run into any of you. Are the guilds still active?

I would love to join the nUI guilds, but unfortunately I am on the EU servers :(

The guilds are, for all practical purposes, defunct at present. I just have not had time to play and while others have tried to hold them together off and on, it never was enough to make it happen.

In due time I pray to be back at a place where I have time for such things again and we'll give it another go.
