Problem with clean install
 

After following the directions for a clean install 5.06.26 (Plus), no Addon Button shows up on the char screen. I even removed the WTF and Addon directories to another temp folder after renaming them did not work.

Any suggestions?

Are you playing on an US or Oceanic Realm. So have you already WoW 3.3.5 Patch or not.

If not, you have to use nUI 5.06.20. All version over this one are for Patch 3.3.5

US Realm, and yes already have the new patch 3.3.5.

Okay... if you have no AddOns button at the character selection screen, that means you have no addons installed... at all (other than the default Blizzard addons). That means that after you renamed your WTF and Interface folders, you did not install the new copy of nUI in the correct place.

The correct location would be in [ World of Warcraft > Interface > AddOns ] and after you have installed nUI, you should see the folder [ World of Warcraft > Interface > AddOns > nUI ] -- if you don't see that folder, you have not correctly installed the addon.
