nUI 5.07.25 released for the WoW 5.0.4 patch
 

nUI 5.07.25 has been released for the WoW 5.0.4 patch. This release is a compilation of all of the work that Xrystal has done to keep nUI5 going pending the MoP release.

This update is intended as a filler to carry one over the month between the 5.0.4 going live today and the MoP content going live on September. nUI5 *is* end-of-life and no further updates are intended between now and the MoP release when nUI6 is slated to go live.

Please post bug reports at http://forums.nUIaddon.com and follow Xrystal's posts for patches to nUI5 while I remain head down on nUI6.

Additionally, once the 5.0.4 patch goes live today on the public realms, you *can* use nUI6 5.00.00.01 Alpha on the public realms, bearing in mind it is alpha code and incomplete. Sure to be full of bugs, but the more feedback I get now, the less headache when the MoP content goes live next month. And you can, of course, use the nUI6 alpha on the MoP beta servers as well. As before, please post bug reports on http://forums.nUIaddon.com and keep your eyes open for frequent updates to nUI6. I will hope to have a Beta version out in another week or two.

My sincere thanks to Xrystal for the time she has been putting in on keeping nUI alive in my absence. The fact that nUI5 is ready today is thanks entirely to her effort. /hug

Lastly, on the subject of the replacement computer... the response from the community has been both overwhelming and humbling. I thank you all. I have been exchanging quite a bit of e-mail and I think I have a working solution to the problem at this point. My sincere thanks for the contributions to the cause... it really blew me away. I'll be sure to post when the computer is here and I'm back up to full speed. I am, truly, humbled by you all. It's easy to feel really alone over here, but there are times when the nUI community really touches me. Thank you all.
