v 5.1.2 Button Window missing icons
 

I often loose icons in my Carbonite Button Window. Even reload doesn't bring them back.

The error happens often but I haven't found the reason for it and can't reproduce it. Sometimes all icons are shown an sometimes not all:

Wim
MobMap
DBM
Bartender4
Outfitter
WoW Search function
WorldMap
clock
calendar
carbonite

Shown icons on error:
Outfitter
WoW Search function
WorldMap

carbonite

Missing icons:

shift click is not working

but ctrl (strg) click is working
