That's what I thought too, however it doesn't update on its own, until I mouse over the section to pull up the window. The chat announces new people logging in, and if I leave it alone, it doesn't...

Info Line not updating
I've had an issue for a while, where when people from the guild log in, the info line won't reflect this update unless I hover over the guild icon for a second.
I have searched for any similar...
