here screenshots of my interface..

as can be easly seen just on top of my characters there is a white line (should be the GDC bar) and less then 1 second later appear the casting bar on same spot...

Another question... I have also dowloaded and installed the "nUI_InfoPanel_Carbonite" pack because I use that addon as well. At beginning the Carbonite minimap worked great but after a game restart...
