Cast bar is not accurate
When I cast Incinerate an a dummy target I am able to cast next incinerate when 60 - 70 % of the cast bar (yellow) is used. The blue bar is just a little bit further.

I think so, but before the patch I used TellMeWhen to know when I could cast a spell, so maybe the problem have been around for a while. I know that it worked some month ago before I used TellMeWhen.

I am using 5.07.05 Development. I don't get any Cold Down icons anymore after I have cast a Chaos Bolt for example. Is this a feature or bug?
