Use Paint.Net, GIMP or another decent paint...

Use Paint.Net, GIMP or another decent paint program and make sure the TGA file has an Alpha Layer.

Anyway to move a project from WoTLK Beta?

Is there a possible way I can move a project from WoTLK Beta to a proper area that's listed for Live?
