I would remove the addon, its variables, then reinstall. I did a clean install of the latest update for RUI and have had no issue with bag categories, making my own, etc.

The threat "meter" is between the two arcs on the HUD. It only shows two things, the person with the highest threat, and your threat.. both measured in percentages.
