After the patch

After the last patch I have been getting glitches... Basically a blank panel with no ui elements what so ever... It happens frequently when I log out and back in with another toon but simple reload...

Mission accomplished with a glitch

Was able to make modifications to skin I was using, but I have two problems.
1- The top console part that is movable I placed on the new skin layout as shown. (See Pic1)
