Thanks for the tip, it got me closer to what I want, now it only shows the quests that are my level, but it still shows all quests for that level, like part 4 of a quest chain when i'm only on part...

I just checked, I can hit Alt-m and none of the questions marks are there, but they show on the carbonite map. Even if I uncheck show objective they still show on the carbonite map.
