i found it by manually going through addons and disabling 1 by 1 just to find out it was Jamba's (multiboxing addon) procs sub-addon.

use Omen for Threat, Recount for DPS/Total DMG/HoTs/Deaths/etc etc.

ps: don't forget, wining on omen list is a no-no for you, unless you're a tank! :)
