I found the cause....

if 'nUI: Config [GUI]' is loaded, it moves Recount from the Stats Panel to its own Recount Panel.

I apologize if someone posted this already.

Although the new release got rid of the random Skada panel when Skada was not installed, I'm now having an issue where Recount is showing on its own Panel...
